uOrganized FAQs

1. uOrganized does not open ?

uOrganized requires administrator access so you need to right click on the program's shortcut from the desktop and click 'Run as administrator'.

2. How can I update uOrganized to the latest versions?

If you are a registered user, when a new version of uOrganized is available for download, you will receive an email with a link to the setup file. Download it to your computer and run the installation. Please make sure that older version of the program is not running.

 

3. What should I do if I lost my registration key?

If the registration key doesn't work or you have lost it, please contact us and provide your registration information.

 

4. If I have already purchased uOrganized once, I have to pay again for upgrading?

No, if you have purchased this product once, you don't have to pay again for future updates.  In some cases you might get a new registration key by email because the old key may not be recognized in the newer versions of the program.  If you don't receive by email the new key and the old one doesn't work for a newer version please contact us.

 

5. I get a 'Database load failed!' message when I start uOrganized.What should I do?

This error occurs when the program cannot open the specified database file (most frequently caused by an unsafe system shutdown):

- the specified file doesn't exist or has been (re)moved

- the database is corrupted: click Ok and restore a backup made earlier

 

6. I've lost my Database Password, what should I do?

If you lost your password the databases in most cases is irrecoverable, but if you still have the password typed on the Password Protection field (from Options) you should contact us for further instructions at support@veetosoft.com
